President’s Message January 2022
Happy 2022! Another year is here and we are still in the COVIDNESS of it all. I do hope this message finds each of you well and ready for our spring show, March 19-20.
Our October show, while good, was not our best. Many vendors were unable to attend and attendance was off. Often in times like these, we can lose sight of the AGCA’s mission. We were founded on the principles of “the promotion of friendship among and the mutual benefit of persons interested in the collection, preservation and use of all types of arms and their accessories…and to uphold and promote the highest ethical standards in all activities pertaining to the Association”.
This year marks the 68th ‘anniversary’ of the AGCA. I want to thank each of you for your dedication. With your continued support, this great organization will be here for generations to come!

68 Years
2022 marks the 68th year for the Alabama Gun Collectors Association with membership of over 1500 individuals from 23 states.
Becoming a Member
Our club provides a wealth of information and networking not available to others. If you would like to become a member of the Alabama Gun Collector’s Association click here and print the membership application.
Once you have completed the form, have two members in good standing or one officer of the association sign for you to become a member. Return the form with your membership fee to the AGCA / 34 Rock Creek Lane / Anniston, AL 36207. Your application will be presented for approval at the next AGCA Board of Directors meeting.
If you do not know any current AGCA members, that is OK. Simply bring the form to one of the gun shows and speak to the Secretary of the Association. She will help you with any questions you may have.
Dues: $25 per year, or a special rate of $115 for five years.
Life Membership Status can be obtained by twenty years of continuous membership in the A.G.C.A. You may elect to pay for twenty years in advance, but will be unable to obtain Life Member status until you have been a member of the club for 20 consecutive years.
